Parties:

Licensee: User of the photographs

Grant of License
License is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free
Usage is allowed only for online and editorial purposes (e.g., websites, blogs, social media, news publications)
Photos must be downloaded exclusively from:
WinstonSalem-Photography.com
➤ Use of photos from any other source violates this agreement

Attribution Requirement
If watermark or metadata is removed, credit is mandatory
Credit format must read:

Restrictions
Photos may NOT be used for:

Books or retail merchandise
Profit or resale without written permission
Photos may NOT be:

Altered to remove watermark without authorization

Ownership
Licensor retains full ownership, copyright, and IP rights
No ownership is transferred to the Licensee

Indemnification
Licensee must indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from:
Any claims
Damages
Losses resulting from misuse of photos

Termination
Agreement automatically terminates if Licensee breaches any terms
Upon termination, Licensee must:
Stop all use of the photos
Delete or destroy all copies
Licensor reserves the right to pursue legal action for any violations

Perpetuity
License is perpetual, unless terminated due to breach or by Licensee

Governing Law
Governed by the Federal Copyright Laws of the United States

Agreement Statement
By downloading and using the photographs, the Licensee agrees to these terms in full
